I consider the sweater dress to be an extensive staple in a wardrobe so I was excited to lay eyes on the tiered shoulders and tulle.
Paris fashion week brings along some of the craziest pieces that fashion has to offer. While Chanel may not get as crazy as Heatherette or Betsey they will always rein high and mighty on my list.
